Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD I.T.
Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board came in and notified the Board
that Mr. Goeben would not make it to the meeting due to being on a
conference call that he could not leave.
