08/01/2016 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. AUGUST 1, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Christine Luvera, <br />Dist. Court Administrator. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD LDC <br /> <br />Christine Luvera, LDC Administrator explained that they have used up <br />their Jury and Witness budget line which was $8,000.00 and it’s only <br />halfway through the year. She stated that there is no way to tell if <br />they will have to come back another time after this or not, as it <br />just depends on how steady the trials stay.
