SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 9:00 A.M. JULY 26, 2016
Board members present: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. By Phone -
Chairman Obie O’Brien. Excused: Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mickey Webb,
Event Center Director and Tony Buhr, Daily Record.
SPECIAL MEETING CLE ELUM ROUND UP COMMISSIONERS
At 9:00 a.m. Commissioner Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to
consider a request from the Cle Elum Round Up to rent the County’s
Coke Stage for a single day rate.
Mickey Webb, Event Center Director explained that the Cle Elum Round
Up is planning to pick up the stage on Thursday.
REQUEST CLE ELUM ROUND UP COMISSIONERS
Chairman O’Brien moved to authorize the Event Center to charge a
single day rate of $450.00 for Cle Elum Round Up use of the County’s
Coke Stage. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Chairman O’Brien stated
that the stage is meant to be used and since the Cle Elum Round Up
is picking up the stage so close to the event he didn’t feel there
would be any revenue loss. Motion carried 2-0.
The meeting adjourned at 9:05 a.m.
