KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 10:30 A.M. JUNE 30, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Colette Graham,
Swiftwater Cellars Representative.
SPECIAL MEETING SWIFTWATER CELLARS COMMISSIONERS
At 10:30 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a special meeting to consider
four Special Event Applications submitted by Swiftwater Cellars for
their 2016 Summer Concert Series.
SPECIAL EVENT SWIFTWATER CELLARS–SUMMER CONCERT SERIES COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Jewell moved to approve four (4) Special Event
Applications from Swiftwater Cellars to hold the Battle of the
Tribute Bands 7/2/2016; Hot Legs Tour 7/29/2016; Aerosmith Rocks
8/19/2016; & 2Souls Tour on 9/9/2016, as presented and Conditioned
upon providing a new Certificate of Liability Insurance for all
concerts except Battle of the Tribute Bands on 7/2/2016, to be
provided by 5:00 p.m. at least 3 days prior to each event, as well
as complying with recommendations from the Public Works Department
and Fire Marshal, noting the Certificate of Liability Insurance
requirement from the Prosecutor’s Office. Commissioner Osiadacz
seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:37 a.m.
