JUNE 30, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Colette Graham, <br />Swiftwater Cellars Representative. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING SWIFTWATER CELLARS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:30 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a special meeting to consider <br />four Special Event Applications submitted by Swiftwater Cellars for <br />their 2016 Summer Concert Series. <br /> <br />SPECIAL EVENT SWIFTWATER CELLARS–SUMMER CONCERT SERIES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve four (4) Special Event <br />Applications from Swiftwater Cellars to hold the Battle of the <br />Tribute Bands 7/2/2016; Hot Legs Tour 7/29/2016; Aerosmith Rocks <br />8/19/2016; & 2Souls Tour on 9/9/2016, as presented and Conditioned <br />upon providing a new Certificate of Liability Insurance for all <br />concerts except Battle of the Tribute Bands on 7/2/2016, to be <br />provided by 5:00 p.m. at least 3 days prior to each event, as well <br />as complying with recommendations from the Public Works Department <br />and Fire Marshal, noting the Certificate of Liability Insurance <br />requirement from the Prosecutor’s Office. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded.
