JUNE 30, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell; and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Doc Hansen, <br />Planning Official/Interim Planning Director; Mike Flory, Plans <br />Examiner/Interim Building Official and 1 member of the public. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING 2015 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE CDS <br /> <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN O’BRIEN opened a continued Public Hearing from <br />June 21, 2016, to consider revisions to text in Kittitas County Code <br />Chapter 14.04 Building Code to adopt the new 2015 International <br />Building Codes with Washington State Amendments. <br /> <br />MIKE FLORY, PLANS EXAMINER/INTERIM BUILDING OFFICIAL explained the <br />formatting changes he made to the proposed Ordinance. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 2016-012 AMEND K.C.C. 14.04 CDS <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Ordinance No. 2016-012, <br />Amending KCC Title 14.04 Building Code and Adoption of the 2015 <br />International Building Codes with Washington State Amendments. <br />COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ seconded.
