KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 11:00 A.M. JUNE 23, 2016
Board members present: Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell and Commissioner
Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Neil Caulkins,
Deputy Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Jewell opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15
minutes to consider the minimum price at which real estate will be
offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such
consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However,
final action selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a
meeting open to the public. There was no action anticipated.
At 11:15 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No action
was taken.
At 11:15 a.m. Vice-Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the minimum
price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or
leasing public property shall be taking in a meeting open to the
public. There was no action anticipated.
At 11:25 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No action
was taken.
