2016-06-23 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />THURSDAY 11:00 A.M. JUNE 23, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell and Commissioner <br />Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Neil Caulkins, <br />Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Jewell opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 <br />minutes to consider the minimum price at which real estate will be <br />offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, <br />final action selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a <br />meeting open to the public. There was no action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:15 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No action <br />was taken. <br /> <br />At 11:15 a.m. Vice-Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the minimum <br />price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or <br />leasing public property shall be taking in a meeting open to the <br />public. There was no action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:25 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No action <br />was taken. <br /> <br />At 11:25 a.m. Vice-Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the minimum <br />price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of decreased price.
