COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. JUNE 20, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell; and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Mickey Webb, Event
Center Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER
At 10:22 a.m. (the previous meeting was running behind) Chairman
O’Brien opened a Department Head meeting to consider Agreements for
the Event Center.
AGREEMENT STANDARD FLOOR & PAINT EVENT CENTER
Commissioner Jewell moved to approve a Professional Services
Agreement between the Kittitas County and Standard Paint & Flooring,
LLC in the amount of $12,445.92 for re-carpeting the Manastash Room
main and wood dance area floor. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
Motion carried 3-0.
AGREEMENT BROWN & JACKSON EVENT CENTER
Commissioner Jewell moved to approve a Professional Services
Agreement between the Kittitas County Fair and Brown and Jackson, in
the amount of $17,671.70 to provide portable toilets and hand wash
stands at the 2016 Kittitas County Fair. Commissioner Osiadacz
seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
