06/20/2016 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. JUNE 20, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell; and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Mickey Webb, Event <br />Center Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />At 10:22 a.m. (the previous meeting was running behind) Chairman <br />O’Brien opened a Department Head meeting to consider Agreements for <br />the Event Center. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT STANDARD FLOOR & PAINT EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve a Professional Services <br />Agreement between the Kittitas County and Standard Paint & Flooring, <br />LLC in the amount of $12,445.92 for re-carpeting the Manastash Room <br />main and wood dance area floor. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BROWN & JACKSON EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve a Professional Services <br />Agreement between the Kittitas County Fair and Brown and Jackson, in <br />the amount of $17,671.70 to provide portable toilets and hand wash <br />stands at the 2016 Kittitas County Fair. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded.
