JUNE 20, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mickey Webb, Event <br />Center Director; and 2 members of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 17, 2016. <br /> <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FIRE DISTRICT #2 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman O’Brien reviewed a draft Interlocal Agreement with the <br />Kittitas County Fire Protection District #2 for Fire Code Services. <br />The Board directed Staff to set a Special Meeting for Wednesday June <br />22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. to consider the Interlocal Agreement and to <br />invite Josh Hink, Rich Elliot, Chief Sinclair, Joe Seemiller, and <br />Deputy Prosecutor Stephanie Hartung. <br /> <br />EVENT PIONEER DAYS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />There had been a request to authorize Mickey Webb, Event Center <br />Director to release the large Coke stage on June 22, 2016 at no <br />additional charge for the Pioneer Days event. Susie Weis submitted <br />a letter and spoke on behalf of her husband Doug Weis, Inland <br />Networks, requesting authorization for the Cle Elum Downtown <br />Association to pick up the large Coke stage on June 22, 2016, to
