MAY 16, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Marsha Weyand, <br />Assessor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD ASSESSOR <br /> <br />Marsha Weyand, Assessor requested the Board consider allowing her to <br />hire an expert to appraise some of the Suncadia commercial property. <br />She explained that the golf course appraisals were done last year so <br />this would be a continuation of that process. She explained that her <br />current staff doesn’t have the background to do the analysis so she <br />would like to do another contract like they did last year. She <br />stated that they were thinking the cost would be approximately <br />$10,000.00 and that she has the funds for it if the Board allows her <br />to use one time savings.
