Call to Order: 11:05 AM
DocuSign Laserfiche Integration for Fair
There was discussion about the benefits of getting electronic
signatures on Fair documents; this will greatly simplify the process
and save staff time. The cost is $3500 for the Laserfiche licenses and
$3500-$5000 per year for Docusign Enterprise signature services.
Board direction: The board approved purchasing the service.
Computer Replacement Internal Services Fund
Mr. Goeben updated the board on IT’s effort to streamline the computer
rotation process. IT plans to ask for a computer rotation fund to
which the general fund would contribute approximately $60,000 per year
and non-general fund departments would rent computers based on actual
costs. Computers would be rotated on a 4 year cycle and monitors on a
6 year cycle.
Board direction: The board asked Mr. Goeben to make a formal
presentation to the board.
Other business
Mr. Goeben updated the board on the Permit Software Team’s effort
to select a replacement application.
