THOSE PRESENT: Gary Berndt, Paul Jewell, Obie O’Brien (BOCC) Doc Hansen, Stephanie Mifflin (CDS)

GUESTS PRESENT: None.
Public Hearing for County-wide Planning Policies:
Doc stated that the Conference of Governments (COG) passed for recommendation for approval of the County-wide Planning
Policies. Doc stated the hearing with the Board of County Commissioners is scheduled for April 19th.
Board Direction: None.
Land Use and Zoning Maps for Signature:
Doc stated he is requesting signatures for online use and to also sell the zoning maps to the public.
Commissioner Jewell motioned to approve the signature of the Board on the official land use and zoning maps,
Commissioner Berndt seconded the motion, and the motion passed 3-0.
Board Direction: None.
Committees/Advisory Boards/Groups Being Reviewed for Coordination:
Doc stated that he and Angela have been going to different groups and asking each to appoint a member to sit on the
Comprehensive Plan Advisory Board so everyone is represented. Commissioner Berndt stated that the Public Lands Group
wants to go through Angela’s presentation. There was discussion between the Board and Doc regarding the purposed and the
plan and what this Comprehensive Plan Advisory Board will do. Commissioner Jewell asked if the Agriculture Land
Advisory Committee has been involved. Doc stated they have been invited, but have not received participation.
