Update on Visionine Sessions:
Doc stated the front counter will be attending the visioning workshops. Angela gave a brief overview of her outreach
schedule and a schedule for the visioning workshops. Angela also gave an overview of how the workshops will be ran.
Board Direction: None.
Update on Applications within the Department:
Doc stated the changes in the fee schedule have caused a change on the applications as well. Doc stated a consistent pre -
application form for both building and planning has been created. Doc stated there are not as many applications as before
either.
