THOSE PRESENT: Gary Berndt, Paul Jewell, Obie O'Brien (BOCC) Doc Hansen, Angela San Filippo,
Lindsey Ozbolt, Stephanie Mifflin (CDS) Robin Read (PH)

Facebook Page Proposal.
Angela stated a formal proposal was emailed to the Board. Commissioner O'Brien stated the Board had a discussion about
Facebook. There was discussion about posting on the page and who would monitor the page. Commissioner Jewell moved to
approve the Facebook page as proposed, Commissioner Berndt seconded the motion, and the motion passed 3-0.
Board Direction: Once the project is complete, the Facebook page should be closed. Asked staff to report quarterly with
updates.
Letter ofh:vite to Voluntary Stewardship Proiram Watershed Group Participants:
Angela stated the County has formerly appointed the Conservation District to take lead of the Watershed group. Angela
stated the invitation will come from the Board and the group will meet in late February. There was discussion of appointment
of individuals outside of organizations.
Board Direction: None.
Comprehensive Plan outreach update:
Angela stated the visioning workshops are coming up and that she is reaching out to all types of groups. There was discussion
about the location of the workshops. Angela stated the County -wide Planning Policies is in its final draft stage and that the
County will be meeting with the Conference of Governments (COG) soon.
