Call to order
Public website user accounts
User accounts that have been inactive for over two years and
were used in the older, Event Center facilities reservation
system (FRANC) have been removed.
Phishing email education
Several employees notify IT of suspicious email, or verify prior
to opening, however IT does not have a way to identify how aware
employees are of the risks and the common outcomes they take
when processing received email. The board agrees a targeted
education/testing on phishing email should be conducted.
