THOSE PRESENT: Gary Berndt, Obie O'Brien, Paul Jewell (BOCC) Doc Hansen, (CDS) Kirk Holmes,

GUESTS PRESENT: Paul Eisenberg, Pat Deneen, Steve Lathrop
WUIC and SuncadPa:
Brenda stated there is no update from Suncadia on the last meeting. There was discussion on taking the resort out of the
newly adopted WUIC regulations because they already satisfy the fire requirements as a Firewise Community and the
addition of sprinkler systems in homes. Commissioner Jewell stated that public safety is an issue and that when the last
conversation ended, there was an understanding that an agreeable outcome could happen.
Board Direction: Staff to work with Suncadia, look at the Development Agreement, and have it penciled out by the end of
the week.
Proposed Draft Docket Items:
Doc stated the Docket closes June 301h and went over the list of proposed items. There was discussion about Title 17.15 in
County Code.
