APRIL 25, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/ Project Manager; Mickey Webb, <br />Event Center Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/ Project Manager <br />presented the Board with the Kittitas County/Ellensburg Rodeo Arena <br />Seating Upgrade Phase II proposal from ALSC. She reviewed the price <br />breakdown totaling $374,606.00. The Board reviewed the breakdown and <br />indicated that ALSC needs to strike the Gorman Preservation <br />Associates Fee.
