COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. APRIL 25, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mickey Webb,
Event Center Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER
Mickey Webb, Event Center Director presented the Board with options
& prices for the Rodeo Arena Ground Working Equipment. The Event
Center is currently looking to purchase a rock picker & water truck.
The Board directed Mr. Webb to get legal advice regarding whether or
not the County should go out for bid and to keep the Ellensburg
Rodeo Board in the loop.
Mr. Webb presented the Board with the Abatement and Demolition quote
for the 100 & 1105 University Way houses. He stated that the quote
was from Tri – Valley Construction, Inc. in the amount of
$12,935.00. He stated he would begin getting the demo permits with
the City which costs nothing, and will place the quote for
consideration before the Board on the next Agenda.
