04/25/2016 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:40 A.M. APRIL 25, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mickey Webb, <br />Event Center Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Mickey Webb, Event Center Director presented the Board with options <br />& prices for the Rodeo Arena Ground Working Equipment. The Event <br />Center is currently looking to purchase a rock picker & water truck. <br />The Board directed Mr. Webb to get legal advice regarding whether or <br />not the County should go out for bid and to keep the Ellensburg <br />Rodeo Board in the loop. <br /> <br />Mr. Webb presented the Board with the Abatement and Demolition quote <br />for the 100 & 1105 University Way houses. He stated that the quote <br />was from Tri – Valley Construction, Inc. in the amount of <br />$12,935.00.
