APRIL 18, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Todd Davis, <br />Noxious Weed Program Coordinator & Judy Pless, Budget & Finance <br />Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD NOXIOUS WEED <br /> <br />Todd Davis, Noxious Weed Program Coordinator requested permission to <br />add a vent and a security alarm to the chemical mixing station. He <br />stated that the security alarm would require 1-10 electrical. <br />The Board authorized Mr. Davis’s request noting that the expense <br />would come from Noxious Weed’s budget. <br /> <br />Mr. Davis also questioned the Board about having a concrete pad <br />poured for chemical spills.
