APRIL 15, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman <br />Paul Jewell. (Commissioner Dist.#2 Vacant). <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board Brett <br />Wachsmith, Treasurer & Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING CASH HANDLING/INVESTMENT POLICY TREASURER <br /> <br />At 11:00 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting to <br />consider the County’s Investment & Cash Handling Policy and <br />Procedures. <br /> <br />Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer presented the Board the County Cash <br />Handling Policy and Procedures as well as the Investment Policy <br />for the Board to consider. He stated that they had been approved <br />by the County Finance Committee on September 22, 2015 which the <br />Chair of the Board sits on. <br /> <br />POLICY INVESTMENT & CASH HANDLING POLICY TREASURER <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Board signature on the <br />Kittitas County Investment and Cash Handling Policies. Chairman <br />O’Brien seconded.
