SPECIAL MEETING
FRIDAY 11:00 A.M. APRIL 15, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman
Paul Jewell. (Commissioner Dist.#2 Vacant).
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board Brett
Wachsmith, Treasurer & Laura Osiadacz.
SPECIAL MEETING CASH HANDLING/INVESTMENT POLICY TREASURER
At 11:00 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting to
consider the County’s Investment & Cash Handling Policy and
Procedures.
Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer presented the Board the County Cash
Handling Policy and Procedures as well as the Investment Policy
for the Board to consider. He stated that they had been approved
by the County Finance Committee on September 22, 2015 which the
Chair of the Board sits on.
POLICY INVESTMENT & CASH HANDLING POLICY TREASURER
Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Board signature on the
Kittitas County Investment and Cash Handling Policies. Chairman
O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:04 a.m.
