APRIL 8, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman, Paul <br />Jewell. Commissioner Dist.2 Seat Vacant. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Clay Myers, <br />Undersheriff; Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; Gene Dana, Sheriff; Judy <br />Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; Doug Mitchell, Deputy Prosecutor; <br />Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:01 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 30 minutes to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating <br />to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which <br />the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:31 p.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session. No action <br />was taken. <br /> <br />At 1:31 p.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for an additional 10 minutes to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. Possible action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:41 p.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session.
