2016-04-06 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY 2:30 P.M. APRIL 6, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell. (Commissioner Dist.#2 Seat Vacant). <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Neil Caulkins, <br />Deputy Prosecutor; Jerry Pettit, Auditor; Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer and <br />Mickey Webb, Event Center Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 2:34 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to <br />consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate <br />by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No <br />action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 2:49 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
