KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 3:00 P.M. APRIL 4, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman
Paul Jewell. (Commissioner Dist. #2 Vacant).
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board and Mickey
Webb, Event Center Director.
SPECIAL MEETING SIGNATURE ON ELLENSBURG RODEO REPORT KVEC
At 3:00 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting to
consider signature on the Ellensburg Rodeo Arena Seating Report
(Project #2016-03-02086).
Mickey Webb, KVEC Director provided a copy of the report for the
BoCC to review & discuss.
SIGNATURE ERA SEATING REPORT EVENT CENTER
Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Chair signature on a
letter to Russell Holter with the Department of Archaeology &
Historic Preservation (DAHP) regarding the request tocComment on
(Project No.:2016-03-02086), for the Historic Property Survey
Report for the Ellensburg Rodeo Arena Seating. Chairman O’Brien
seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
Commissioner Jewell asked that a meeting be set with the
Architect to present the Report to the Ellensburg Rodeo Board
(ERB) and the Commissioners. He also encouraged Mr. Webb to meet
with the (ERB)in advance to go over the report.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
