APRIL 4, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell. (Commissioner Dist. #2 Vacant) <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HR <br /> <br />Lisa Young, HR Director requested the Board’s direction on how to <br />proceed with the CDS Director hiring process. <br /> <br />The Board directed Ms. Young to proceed with setting up interviews <br />with the top 3. It was determined that Ms. Young would set up <br />interviews with an internal panel, and external panel and then one <br />with the BoCC.
