COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. APRIL 4, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell. (Commissioner Dist. #2 Vacant)
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Lisa Young, HR
Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HR
Lisa Young, HR Director requested the Board’s direction on how to
proceed with the CDS Director hiring process.
The Board directed Ms. Young to proceed with setting up interviews
with the top 3. It was determined that Ms. Young would set up
interviews with an internal panel, and external panel and then one
with the BoCC. It was noted that she would work with Chairman
O’Brien on the interview panel process.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
