COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. APRIL 4, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell. (Commissioner Dist. #2 Vacant)
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Judy Pless,
Budget & Finance Manager; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD AUDITOR
Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager requested the Board sign the
Signature Authorization Form for the Wildfire Mitigation Fuel
Reduction Program. She stated with Brenda Larsen, County Fire
Marshal leaving they needed to have another authorized signature for
the Contract the County for the Wildfire Mitigation Fuel Reduction
Program.
FORM WILDFIRE MIT. FUEL REDUCT AUDITOR
Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize signature on a Signature
Authorization Form for the Wildfire Mitigation Fuel Reduction
Program. Chairman O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager asked the Board for direction
on the Lease that the Canyon River Bakers has with the County. She
stated that they are currently 5 months behind.
The Board directed Ms. Pless and Deputy Chris Horner to prepare a
letter demanding payment with 30 day’s notice and report back to the
Board with any outcome.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
