MARCH 9, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman, Paul <br />Jewell and Commissioner Gary Berndt. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director/Risk Pool Manager; Clay Myers, Undersheriff; Greg Zempel, <br />Prosecutor; Gene Dana, Sheriff. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:04 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating <br />to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which <br />the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:19 a.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session.
