SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 2:00 P.M. MARCH 7, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell
and Commissioner Gary Berndt.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Greg Zempel,
Prosecutor; Mickey Webb, Event Center Director; Patti Johnson, Solid
Waste & Maintenance Director/Project Manager & Brett Wachsmith,

SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 2:01 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 20 minutes to
consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate
by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such
consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No
action was anticipated.
At 2:21 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 2:21 p.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 15 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.
At 2:36 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 2:36 p.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.
At 2:46 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 2:46 p.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.

At 2:56 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. Staff
was directed to continue negotiations and work with legal Staff.
Meeting adjourned at 2:56 p.m.
