COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. MARCH 7, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell & Commissioner Gary Berndt.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Erin Moore, EH
Specialist II; Holly Myers, EH Supervisor.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC HEALTH
Commissioner Jewell indicated that following a phone call with Bill
Clarke and Peter Dykstra (Special Deputy Prosecutors for Kittitas
County) some changes have been made to the legal notice. He stated
that the notice of water right application for the Kittitas County
Water Bank General Permit must be started before the County can move
forward. He stated that they have to allow a 30 day comment period.
Staff was directed to make the changes and return with a corrected
version.
Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize BoCC Staff to publish the
corrected legal notice once it’s provided by EH Staff. Commissioner
Berndt seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
