COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. FEBRUARY 22, 2016
Board members present: Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell & Commissioner Gary
Berndt. Absent: Chairman Obie O’Brien.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mickey Webb,
Event Center Director & Patti Johnson, Solid Waste/Maintenance
Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER
Mickey Webb, Event Center Director explained that the 2008
dishwasher at the Teanaway Hall needs to be repaired or replaced. He
stated that the Event Center received a recommendation from Yakima
Mechanical for repairs costing up to $2,000.00. He reviewed
printouts from Webstaurant Store reflecting the recommended product
being a Noble Warewashing UH30-E high temperature under-counter
dishwasher for $3,279.00.
The Board questioned if Mr. Webb had received any type of trade in
offer. There was discussion on whether or not the County could
handle the installation or if it would need to be done
professionally. Mr. Webb was directed to look into installation
cost/details and trade in options, and then report back.
