2/22/2016 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. FEBRUARY 22, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell & Commissioner Gary <br />Berndt. Absent: Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mickey Webb, <br />Event Center Director & Patti Johnson, Solid Waste/Maintenance <br />Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Mickey Webb, Event Center Director explained that the 2008 <br />dishwasher at the Teanaway Hall needs to be repaired or replaced. He <br />stated that the Event Center received a recommendation from Yakima <br />Mechanical for repairs costing up to $2,000.00. He reviewed <br />printouts from Webstaurant Store reflecting the recommended product <br />being a Noble Warewashing UH30-E high temperature under-counter <br />dishwasher for $3,279.00. <br /> <br />The Board questioned if Mr. Webb had received any type of trade in <br />offer. There was discussion on whether or not the County could <br />handle the installation or if it would need to be done <br />professionally.
