KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 11:00 A.M. FEBRUARY 9, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell
and Commissioner Gary Berndt.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Greg Zempel,
Prosecutor and Mickey Webb, Event Center Director. Via phone: Roxie
Nato, CC Consulting.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:30 a.m. (meeting started late due to HR Study Session running
over) Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting and announced the
Board would recess into Executive Session for 30 minutes to consider
the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease
or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would
cause a likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.
At 12:00 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Commissioner Jewell was directed to work with the Prosecutor’s
Office and follow up with a counter offer.
Meeting adjourned at 12:00 p.m.
