COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />WEDNESDAY 11:00 AM NOVEMBER 13, 2013 <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien, Vice Chairman Paul <br />Jewell, and Commissioner Gary Berndt <br /> <br /> <br />Others: Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager <br />SPECIAL MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />2014 Preliminary Budget Discussion <br />The Board made administrative changes to the 2014 Preliminary <br />Budget; moving the maintenance of the Upper District Courtroom <br />under Facilities Maintenance; and recommended closing Fund 136 <br />Adult Pre-Diversion fund into the General Fund.
