JUNE 17, 2015 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Gary Berndt; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Neil Caulkins, <br />Deputy Prosecutor; Doc Hansen Planning Official/Interim Planning <br />Director; Dr. Mark Larson, Public Health Official and by phone <br />Special Deputy Prosecutors Bill Clark and Peter Dykstra. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING PLANNER II POSITION CDS <br /> <br />At 3:00 p.m. Doc Hansen, Planning Official/Interim Planning Director <br />stated that he would like to offer the Planner II candidate to start <br />at the ¼ point and then upon a successful 6 month probation period <br />move the candidate to the mid-point. Then Board approved the request <br />as presented. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 3:10 p.m. Chairman Berndt opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating <br />to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which <br />the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 3:25 p.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session. No action <br />was taken. <br /> <br />At 3:25 p.m. Chairman Berndt announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for an additional 15 minutes to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 3:40 p.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session. No action <br />was taken.
