02/08/2010 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. FEBRUARY 8, 2010 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Mark McClain, Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell and Commissioner Alan Crankovich. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Robinson, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Matt Anderson, <br />Fairgrounds Program Director; Stephanie Happold, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Matt Anderson, Fairgrounds Program Director, distributed documents <br />for the Board and indicated they reviewed what the Company’s <br />recommendation would be for the elevator repairs, as well as what he <br />would recommend. He explained that replacing the power unit would be <br />the best route to go, and he reviewed funding sources. Mr. Anderson <br />indicated that the cost would be approximately $16,000.00. Ms. <br />Happold reviewed the work order language and expressed her concerns. <br />She reviewed what she proposed as changes and she would encourage <br />the Board to adopt them and move forward. The Board accepted the <br />changes proposed by Deputy Happold and directed Mr. Anderson to get <br />the Work Order changed and off to ThyssenKrupp Elevator and try to <br />get this on the February 16, 2010 Agenda Session. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m. <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Robinson Mark McClain, Chairman <br />
