02/08/2010 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:40 A.M. FEBRUARY 8, 2010 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Mark McClain, Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell and Commissioner Alan Crankovich. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Robinson, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Lisa Young, HR <br />Manager; Deanna Panattoni, County Treasurer. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Deanna Panattoni, Treasurer indicated that the last day for her Tax <br />Collection Deputy is Friday the 12th of February, and she would like <br />to get the position filled as quickly as possible since she is <br />coming up on tax season again. Ms. Young indicated that a letter had <br />been sent out to the layoff employee with the most seniority and was <br />given until Friday to respond with interest. She indicated that she <br />would proceed with approaching the Union and get permission to post <br />if the layoff employee does not show interest. The Board asked Ms. <br />Panattoni to get a letter from the employee indicating that she <br />didn’t have interest in the position just to be safe, and to get <br />everything in order so they can post the position on Friday, if need <br />be. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m. <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Robinson Mark McClain, Chairman <br />
