Ollivier stated <br />that she advised they would have to meet the road standards or bond to get a plat amendment in order to get the <br />language changed. Chad Bala stated that Public Health allowed for a 30 day period for applicants to vest to the <br />new or old standards which they did apply for. Bala commented that the county should have caught the error <br />which is on the second page of the mylars. Dave Nelson commented that it is not a plat amendment but rather it <br />should be an affidavit of correction. Ollivier stated she spoke to Neil Caulkins and he stated that the mylar cannot <br />just be change if there was an error on it and there is a court case on this issue. Holmes asked the Board if they <br />want to give him administrative privilege to make minor changes to plats. Board agreed that would be ok but <br />stated that it needs to be fixed in the code language. Dave Nelson will get something to Holmes to sign. Ok by <br />the Board to issue a foundation only permit on this structure and Holmes will speak to Caulkins. <br /> <br />No action taken. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
