Davis
stated that it has been reviewed by legal and those changes are shown in red. Commissioner Crankovich stated
that he didn’t think we were going to include single family residence in the review. Davis stated it is in there just in
case we should ever need it.

No action taken.

Encompass Engineering Presentation
Mark Kirkpatrick stated they wanted to open the door to assisting the county in searching for money in places that
the county has not yet looked at and make sure that the county is receiving all of the money they can right now
with what is being handed out. Encompass also offered to assist Public Works staff on securing grant funds and
that Encompass would like to participate on the designs if the county is awarded the grants. Neil Caulkins stated
that the county just can’t allow someone to have a leg up because they wrote the grant. Holmes stated he
doesn’t have any problems with Encompass assisting on the grant writing as long as they aren’t under the
assumption that every time we need or receive a grant we are going to contact them. Commissioner Crankovich
recommended Encompass meet with Public Works staff and come back with a recommendation and update the
board at the next study session with projects and if this will work out.

No action taken, Encompass will meet with Public Works staff.
