JANUARY 11, 2010 <br /> <br />Board members present- Chairman Mark McClain; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell; Commissioner Alan Crankovich. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Robinson, Deputy <br />Clerk of the Board; Catherine Dunn, Deputy Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman McClain opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 8, 2010. <br /> <br />REVIEW BOCC COMMITTEES & BOARDS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Staff provided copies of the current committees that the <br />Commissioners are sitting on. The Board reviewed them and made <br />minor changes for 2010, some of which follow chairmanship, or that <br />are no longer something Kittitas County participates in. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman McClain indicated that after last week’s voucher run, he <br />had some concerns and wanted to bring them forward to the other <br />Board members and see where they stood on the two issues. He <br />explained that he was uncomfortable signing the Vouchers without <br />their support. He indicated his first concern was on a voucher for <br />the MH/DD dues. There was discussion on what the dues covered, and <br />it was determined that for what it provides to the County, it was
