She <br />explained that different consequences that come with protecting it as <br />well as the consequences of not protecting it. She explained that the <br />County can only take a certain percentage of the banked capacity, <br />and said that If the Board decides to protect it, it does not affect the levy <br />we get now. Judy indicated that we could do a resolution, but that does <br />not mean we are going to take it. <br /> <br />ACTION: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Board determined they would not have a resolution drafted to <br />protect the IPD, and they would not be taking the 1% banked capacity. <br />
