2019‐04‐22 Minutes  1  Information Technology  <br />Commissioners’ Minutes  <br />Kittitas County, Washington  <br />Commissioners’ Conference Room  <br />Regular Meeting  <br />  <br />Monday  11:00 AM  April 22, 2019  <br />  <br />Board members present: Chair Cory Wright, Vice‐Chair Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner Laura Osiadacz  <br />  <br />Others: IT Director Jim Goeben  <br />  <br />Regular Meeting    Information Technology  <br />Meeting called to order at 11:00 AM.  <br />   <br />Consider Adding Cell Phone Services to the IT Service Level Agreement   <br />There was a discussion about adding cell phone services to the IT SLA. The board authorized  <br />Mr. Goeben to proceed with providing cell phone services to county departments and offices  <br />who choose to participate.  <br />  <br />Update on IT Staffing  <br />Mr. Goeben updated the board on the status of filling vacancies. No action was taken.  <br />  <br />Consider GIS Mapping Services for Non‐County Requests  <br />There was discussion about IT providing mapping services. The board authorized Mr. Goeben to provide  <br />services to other public agencies as workloads permit, provided an Interlocal agreement with a  <br />statement of work is completed.  <br />  <br />Meeting adjourned at 11:40 AM.  <br />  Kittitas County Commissioners  <br />Information Technology Director  Kittitas County, Washington  <br />  <br />  <br /> _______________________________________    _______________________________________    <br />Jim Goeben, IT Director  Cory Wright, Chair
