Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.

SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
The Special Meeting to hold an Executive Session to discuss with
legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing
the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency,
the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is,
or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency, was cancelled due to an emergency on
behalf of Ken Harper, Special Deputy Prosecutor (who would have
called in for the meeting). The Special Meeting will be rescheduled
at a later date.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
