APRIL 22, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers (note there were no <br />PAF’s). <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 19, 2019. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION WORK WEEK PROPOSAL COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Staff presented a proposal to the Board to consider the Alternate <br />Work Week or 4-10’s from June to October. The Board stated they were <br />in support of the proposal for their Office to pursue and stated <br />that they would work with Human Resources to see what type of a <br />policy they would need to do allowing all Department Heads to <br />consider these opportunities for Full-Time Staff. Staff stated they <br />would work with the Auditors Office to see when to implement the <br />schedule and how to stagger it so that both Julie and Mandy are not <br />gone on the same Friday. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION BOCC RETREAT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Staff asked the Board for direction on their request for a <br />Facilitator and Retreat Agenda.
