COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 11:30 A.M. APRIL 15, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith; & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Chris Horner,
Deputy Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:32 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 5 minutes to
consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate
by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such
consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price.
Potential action was anticipated.
At 11:37 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. Staff
was directed to draft a Resolution & Quit Claim Deed Re: Parcel
#383133, noting that the City would acquire the parcel for a nominal
fee.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:37 a.m.
