REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. MAY 6, 2019
Board members present: Vice-Chair Brett Wachsmith & Commissioner
Laura Osiadacz. Excused Chairman Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Project Manager; Kay Kresge, Financial Analyst;
Ann Shaw, Accolade.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager discussed with
the Board options for rental rates, snow removal expectations and
the structural integrity of the First & Last Chance Tavern.
The Board directed Ms. Johnson to work with Deputy Prosecutor Neil
Caulkins regarding concerns for the structural integrity as well as
obtaining ecology blocks for around the backside of the First & Last
Chance Tavern.
