Excused: Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board & Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; <br />Amy Cziske, Treasurer; Heather Siebert, Deputy Treasurer; Patti <br />Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending May 3, 2019. <br /> <br />REQUEST COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve a request for a waiver to <br />the County Noise Ordinance from Don H. Best, to hold a private party <br />at his residence on May 31, 2019 & June 1, 2019 until (midnight) at <br />16 Kearny Drive, Snoqualmie Pass, WA 98068, subject to Mr. Best <br />submitting a listing of addresses that are within 1,000 feet of his <br />residence, notifying them of the party by no later than May 30, 2019 <br />at 5:00 p.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />RATIFY CERTIFICATE-HIATT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to ratify Board signature on a <br />Certificate of Appreciation for Paula Hiatt who retired on 4/30/2019
