MAY 20, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending May 17, 2019. <br /> <br />RATIFY WSLCB-RRCE HERITAGE CLUB COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to ratify Commissioner Osiadacz’s <br />signature on a letter of non-objection to Washington State Liquor & <br />Cannabis Board regarding the Roslyn-Ronald-Cle Elum Heritage Club <br />hosting an event at Hawthorne Hall on May 25, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. – <br />9:00 p.m., located at 241 3rd Street, Ronald, WA 98940. Commissioner <br />Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />WAIVER EASTON MEMORIAL DAY PARADE – ADMIN TAX COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to authorize an exemption from the <br />County Admissions Tax for Easton Memorial Day Parade.
