COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 11:30 A.M. JUNE 12, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; and Commissioner Laura
Osiadacz. Vice-Chair Brett Wachsmith was absent.
Others: Debbie Myers, Clerk; and Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:34 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10 minutes to
discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating
to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which
the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official
capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge
regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or
financial consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 11:44 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
At 11:44 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board will recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement
actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the
governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is
likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 11:49 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken. Staff was directed to schedule an Executive
Session for June 17, 2019.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
