COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 9:00 A.M. JUNE 4, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Greg Zempel,
Prosecuting Attorney; Lisa Young, HR Director.
SPECIAL MEETING PA SALARY ADJUSTMENT COMMISSIONERS
At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting with Greg
Zempel, Prosecuting Attorney and Lisa Young, HR Director as a follow
up to the HR Study Session on May 28, 2019 to allow for Commissioner
Wachsmith to share any feedback he may have as well as receive
information on the timeline leading up to finding the Prosecutors
salary error.
Ms. Young reviewed a Draft Resolution and explained that the State
funds have been coming in and are in the County’s Fund balance. She
stated that the amount to be paid back to the Prosecutor is
$35,901.48.
Ms. Young stated that she would work with BoCC Staff to get the
final Resolution before the Board, on Monday June 10, 2019.
The meeting was adjourned 9:30 a.m.
