COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. JUNE 3, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chair Brett
Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented and
reviewed a Utility Easement for the City of Ellensburg on the
Shoudy’s 2nd Addition as well as a Change Order for the Bloom
Pavilion project, for the Boards consideration.
EASEMENT CITY OF ELLENSBURG – SHOUDYS SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair
signature on a Utility Easement for the City of Ellensburg on the
Shoudy’s 2nd Addition, allowing for the finalizing of the Boundary
Line Adjustment to be completed. Commissioner Osiadacz 2nd. Motion
carried 3-0.
CHANGE ORDER ALSC – BLOOM PAVILION UPGRADES SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair
Signature on Change Order No.2 with ALSC Architects (Belsaas & Smith
Construction, Inc.-contractor) for the Bloom Pavilion Upgrades in
the amount of $7,043.49. Commissioner Osiadacz 2nd. Motion carried 3-
0.
