06/03/2019 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. JUNE 3, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chair Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Tim Egan, <br />Facilities Maintenance Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Tim Egan, Facilities Maintenance Director requested the Board <br />consider authorizing him to purchase an additional truck for his <br />department and it would be for him to use specifically. He stated <br />that he has approximately $90,000.00 in savings from what was left <br />over from the amount budgeted for the backhoe. He said it didn’t get <br />spent so he would like to take approximately $35,000.00 of the <br />savings and get a “new” truck and then his would go to one of his <br />guys as they are down 2 vehicles right now. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to authorize up to $35,000.00 dollars <br />for a maintenance truck purchase.
