2019‐06‐24 Minutes  1  Information Technology  <br />Commissioners’ Minutes  <br />Kittitas County, Washington  <br />Commissioners’ Conference Room  <br />Regular Meeting  <br />  <br />Monday  11:00 AM  June 24, 2019  <br />  <br />Board members present: Chair Cory Wright, Vice‐Chair Brett Wachsmith  <br />Board members absent: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz  <br />  <br />Others: IT Director Jim Goeben  <br />  <br />Regular Meeting    Information Technology  <br />Meeting called to order at 11:00 AM.  <br />   <br />Request to reclassify Zane Kinney  <br />There was discussion about the reclassification of Zane Kinney to Application Development Manager.  <br />The board approved and signed a Personnel Action Form.  <br />   <br />IT Project ‐ Director  <br />Mr. Goeben reviewed his list of projects for 2019. There was discussion about continuity of business. No  <br />action for IT was taken.  <br />   <br />Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Implementation Plan  <br />Mr. Goeben reviewed the implementation plan and let the board know he would announce the plan to  <br />all staff.  <br />   <br />Meeting adjourned at 11:45 AM.  <br />  Kittitas County Commissioners  <br />Information Technology Director  Kittitas County, Washington  <br />  <br />  <br /> _______________________________________    _______________________________________    <br />Jim Goeben, IT Director  Cory Wright, Chair
