JUNE 17, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chair Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager requested Chair <br />signature on an Amendment with Central Paving. She stated that they <br />are removing the 3300 square feet of asphalt that they were <br />replacing to the east of Bloom Pavilion as the Board discussed <br />during the Solid Waste Study Session on June 11, 2019. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT CENTRAL PAVING AGREEMENT SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair’s <br />signature on a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas <br />County and Central Paving, noting that it will reduce the original <br />Agreement by $13,774.00. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
