COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. JUNE 17, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chair Brett
Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager requested Chair
signature on an Amendment with Central Paving. She stated that they
are removing the 3300 square feet of asphalt that they were
replacing to the east of Bloom Pavilion as the Board discussed
during the Solid Waste Study Session on June 11, 2019.
AMENDMENT CENTRAL PAVING AGREEMENT SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair’s
signature on a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas
County and Central Paving, noting that it will reduce the original
Agreement by $13,774.00. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion
carried 3-0.
